Privacy notice

This site is purely something to read. It has no account, no sign-in and no input fields apart from the search — and that runs entirely in your browser.

This notice only applies to this help centre

How your data is processed in Aurora Hive Sales, Sites and Live is set out in the respective program under “Legal” and in the data processing agreement (AVV) with your provider. You will find an overview under Security and data protection.

Controller

DSS – Digital Shared Services GmbH, Radeberger Straße 45, 01099 Dresden. For contact details see the legal notice (Impressum).

What is processed when you visit

As with every visit to a website, your browser transmits technical information that the server logs briefly: IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, status code, browser identifier and, where applicable, the referring page.

What this site does not do

Local storage in the browser

If you switch between the light and dark appearance at the top right, this one setting is stored in your browser's storage under the name hilfe-thema. It does not leave your device, does not reach us and does not allow you to be recognised. You can delete it at any time via your browser's site data.

Search

The search sends nothing to a server. The entire set of answers is loaded once and searched in the browser; your search terms only appear in your own address bar and are not logged anywhere.

Processors

The servers are operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur — Serverstandort Deutschland (Berlin). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with this provider.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). The authority responsible for us is the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner (Sächsischer Datenschutzbeauftragter).

As we store nothing about visitors to this site beyond the short-lived server logs, we can generally only provide information about these logs — and only as long as they exist.
